Job Description

Looking for Fresh Graduates/MBA In Logistics for the Post of Customer Support Executive Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues and concerns. Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' needs, and offering solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/call center). Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet navigation.
