About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Follow up on customer requests and provide timely updates 5. Ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures 6. Assist with troubleshooting, product information, and service-related inquiries 7. Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction 8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 2. Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred 3. Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment 4. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 6. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach 7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently 8.
