About the job: We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Lucknow office. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, emails, or chat, providing timely support, and resolving issues efficiently. Key responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and technical issues 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with a positive attitude 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve customers 7. Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience and exceed expectations Note: A 15-day unpaid training will be conducted before final onboarding. Completion of training is mandatory.
