- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails. - Management and resolve customer complaints. - Lead allocation to the Sales Teams - Identify and Resolve issues of existing candidates - Rotational Shift including UK & Night Shift Required Candidate profile - Good English communication skills - Email writing skills to customers - Comfortable with Rotational Week Off - Have minimum 1yr international customer support process experience Perks and benefits -6 days working &-Timing: 1PM-9:30PM
