We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the customer experience and work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (Phone, Email, Live chat, Social Media) in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Provide effective solutions to customer issues, from basic queries to complex concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Product Support: Offer product information, explain features, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers in navigating our services or platform. Order Management: Assist with order-related queries, track shipments, process returns or exchanges and manage customer accounts. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues and solutions in our CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to customer support processes, scripts or product features. Required Candidate Profile: Experience: Previous experience in customer support or customer service is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to speak Hindi is a must. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, think critically and offer effective solutions. Technical Skills: Comfortable using customer support software (e.g., Zohodesk, Freshdesk or similar) and Microsoft office. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer issues and solutions. Empathy: Patience and empathy in dealing with customers, understanding their concerns, and making their experience as positive as possible. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Location: Poonamallee High Road, Purasaiwalkam. Near Egmore Suburban and Metro Station.
