Job location: Jaipur 1. Troubleshooting software issues via phone, email, or chat. 2. Resolving technical problems and providing solutions. 3. Documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions. 4. Escalating complex issues to development or senior support teams. 5. Providing product training and guidance to customers. 6. Collaborating with internal teams to improve software quality. Preferred Software support experience and good communication skills.
