The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in choosing the right insurance policies, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in helping customers navigate through insurance products and services. Key skills Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Customer-Centric Mindset : Ability to handle customer queries and concerns with empathy, patience, and a focus on delivering high-quality service. Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrate the ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools. Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to provide the best customer experience. Preferred Qualifications : Experience : Previous experience in customer service, especially in the insurance or financial services industry, is a plus. Education : A Bachelors degree or equivalent; freshers can also apply.
