Job Description

Role: Technical Support Experience: 0-1 yr into IT Software Support Location: Indore (MP) Work from Office Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients through on-call and email support, implementing and deploying our software product at client sites, and conducting end-user training sessions. This role requires a willingness to travel for training and implementation purposes. Responsibilities Client Support · Provide on-call and email support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our software product. · Ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns. Implementation & Deployment · Oversee the implementation and deployment of our software product at client sites. · Ensure a smooth and efficient setup process, adhering to client requirements and company standards. End User Training · Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the software product. · Develop training materials and documentation to support user education. Client Interaction · Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Travel · Travel to client locations as required for training and implementation purposes. · Manage travel arrangements efficiently to optimize time and resources. Requirements · Any Graduate or Postgraduate – BE/MCA/Bsc/Msc · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Basic knowledge of technical software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Open to travel for client training and implementation. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
