Role & responsibilities Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, via phone, or email Update our internal databases with information about discussions with customers Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure that open issues/queries are resolved on time Experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
