Provide prompt, courteous, and effective responses to customer queries. Assist customers in troubleshooting product or service-related issues. Escalate complex problems to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient issue resolution. Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products or services. Stay updated on product updates, features, and pricing changes. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Adhere to quality and service standards for a positive customer experience. SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Excel. Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
