Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. Patience and empathy for customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
