Job Title: Voice Skill Agent (Contact Center) Location: Bangalore: AMR Bomanahalli pick/ drop available within 20 KM radius from office Hyderabad: Purva Summit, Whitefield Road, Kondapur pick/ drop available within 25 KM radius from office Compensation: For Freshers: Bangalore: INR 325,000 (Inclusive of Voice Skill Allowance of INR 79,000) Hyderabad: INR 325,000 (Inclusive of Voice Skill Allowance of INR 90,000) For 1+ Year Experience: Joiners till 31st March : INR 335,000 to INR 418,000 + ( Bonus Perk : Voice Skill Allowance of INR 79,000) Joiners from 1st Apr till 25th Apr: INR 295,000 to INR 323,000 + ( Bonus Perk : Voice Skill Allowance of INR 79,000) Job Type: Full-Time (Joiners in Mar preferred) Experience: 1-year Experience in a Contact Center Environment (with Excellent Communication Skills) . Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Job Responsibilities: Provide voice support to customers through inbound/outbound calls. Address customer queries, complaints, and provide suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of communication and customer service. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain adherence to processes and guidelines as outlined by the organization. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus). Experience in customer service or contact center environments (for experienced candidates). Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Freshers are welcome if they have strong voice skills. Requirements: Willing to work in shifts (if applicable). Location: AMR Bomanahalli (for Bangalore) and Purva Summit, Whitefield Road, Kondapur (for Hyderabad). Additional Information: Transport Zone: 20 KM radius for Bangalore, 25 KM radius for Hyderabad. Shift Timing: 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
