CSE's will work closely with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues and provide accurate information about company services. Handling client inquiries, providing support and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. Required Candidate profile Client Services and Communication skills. Working in voice process of Pharma & FMCG division. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of MS office. Male/Female both preferred.
