Zoomcar is seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to manage inbound queries and emails. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions. Deliver product and service information to customers, resolving their issues effectively. Manage and resolve email inquiries with attention to detail. Escalate complex issues to the relevant team, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably handling inbound queries and emails. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work 24/7 shifts with rotational offs. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in customer support tools and systems. Preferred: Experience managing high volumes of inbound calls and emails.
