Job Description Position Title: Operations & Client Support Executive Location: Kochi Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations & Client Support Executive. You will work closely with various teams, including logistics, sales, and customer service, to support daily operations and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Assist in the management of daily logistics operations, ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and in optimal condition. Conduct market research to support the sales team by gathering insights on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends. Facilitate the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded, tracked, and fulfilled. Build and maintain strong client relationships by regularly communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing prompt support and updates. Maintain detailed records of shipment status, inventory levels, order details, and client communications to ensure data accuracy and transparency. Coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, and internal departments to resolve logistical or operational challenges as they arise. Contribute to the development and implementation of distribution strategies aimed at improving delivery timelines and operational efficiency. Assist in preparing and analyzing performance reports, focusing on key logistics, sales, and customer service metrics. Help create sales presentations and reports using data gathered from market research and client feedback. Skills And Qualifications Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing are encouraged to apply. Foundational knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics functions, and market research techniques is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and a commitment to delivering quality work. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to work with basic data analysis tools. A proactive attitude, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
