Interested folks can share their CV Hkaur2@advatix.com Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is responsible for providing high quality customer support through inbound voice calls, primarily handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about products or services in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Requirements Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset Excellent Communication skills in English Comfortable using computers Experience working with customer support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
