Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service-cum-Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and driving sales through excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive sales approach. Roes and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset. Promote and sell Student Edge to potential and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies to improve retention and conversion rates. Required Skill Set: Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
