Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and emails. Process orders and quotes using our AS400 system. Deliver accurate and prompt responses to customer questions. Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless customer journey. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions. Document and share customer feedback to support service improvements. Operate effectively during the ASEAN shift to serve regional customers. Qualifications: A bachelor s degree is required. 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in managing live chats, calls, and email queries. Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience.
