Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The Customer Support Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers Job Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information to customers. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and insights for analysis. Process Adherence: Follow established customer support processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements : Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-centric approach. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing customer needs. High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
