Job Type: Full-time -Day shift Requirements: Should be ready to work on the voice process. Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge. Should previously have sales domain experience Ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs. Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have good command and fluency in English. Job Description Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries about product orders. Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio. Analyse customer issues and assist in resolving them within the required timeframe. Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues. Manage all customer inquiries and summarize them to present to management. Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure the achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe. Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services. Proven customer service and support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills. Manage time effectively.
