Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should possess a customer-first attitude, the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, and a keen eye for detail. Roles and Responsibilities Making outbound calls to potential customers. Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively. Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or complaints. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Skills & Requirements Proficiency in English and Hindi. Basic computer proficiency: familiarity with data entry and CRM systems is an advantage. High attention to detail, patience, and empathy when addressing customer concerns. Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM. Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-pressure situations. Active listening and adaptability to customer needs.
