Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Blended Process Location: Airoli, Chandivali & Malad Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts, if applicable) Experience: 0–3 years Industry: BPO / ITES / Customer Service Job Summary: We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our blended process team who will be responsible for providing both voice and non-voice support to the customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers. Address customer queries, complaints, or technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Log customer interactions and updates accurately into the CRM system Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with experience may also apply). 0–3 years of experience in customer service (BPO/KPO preferred).
