Immediate Hiring for Customer Support Team Lead Position: Customer Support Team Lead Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore Experience: 4+ years Qualification: Any Graduate Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory Salary: Upto 6 LPA Shift: Day Shift Roles & Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required. Skills: You have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams Prior experience in softwares such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM), Ameyo, Zoho. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate in commerce/science/management, counseling, or related student service area. Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills English & Kannada Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
