Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice Process Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai, Experience: 0–4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational / Night Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries or complaints effectively. Provide accurate information related to products or services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. Record customer interactions and follow up as needed. Meet performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.). Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and/or regional languages as required). Good listening skills and customer handling abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Qualifications: Minimum any graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
