Job Description

Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do) Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and test of SW modules and components. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points) Responsible to create and maintain the SW design of modules and components Analyzing system requirements and prioritizing tasks Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for software excellence that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements Designing, coding, and debugging software applications using the .NET Framework Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Education & Trainings: (Basic & Professional) B.E, BTECH, MCA, M.Tech or equivalent Post Graduation in any branch preferably in Computer science, Information Technologies Technical knowhow: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced) Mandatory: Ability to support for team member to programming language such as C#, VB.net etc. Working Knowledge of MS-SQL is required(Stored procedures, Functions, queries) Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET) Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment on software development goals and progress. Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc) Technical Documentation Experience: (in yrs.) Total : 12+ Years Relevant* : 10+ Years
