Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, located in Gurugram. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. Daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking customer feedback, and implementing improvements. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams, managing customer databases, and providing timely responses to customer requests.
