This role is crucial in identifying, analysing, and mapping top talent for leadership roles across industries. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, attention to detail, and an ability to synthesize market intelligence into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct industry and company research to identify potential candidates for executive-level searches.Develop talent pipelines by mapping organizations, leadership structures, and key executives.Utilize databases, professional networks, and market research tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to source high-Caliber candidates.Support consultants by preparing target lists, candidate profiles, and market insights.Engage in initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess their suitability.Track and maintain candidate data in internal databases and CRM tools.Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries for client briefings.Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive intelligence.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, Market Research, or related fields.1-3 years of experience in market research, executive search, or recruitment.Strong analytical and research skills with an ability to interpret market data.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and research tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate should have:A strong consulting background with ability to manage difficult business stakeholders and providing solutions for diverse data sets.Expertise in driving BI solutions, business insights and storytelling.Expertise in strategic decision support, advanced analytical techniques, dashboard development, data integration with data engineers, insights presentation, and active engagement in problem-solving and innovation.Education Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science). Masters degree is preferred. 7-11 years of relevant work experience as a Data Analyst, leading team members to achieve project objectives. Prior experience in working across multiple industry sectors.
