Role & responsibilities 1. Plan, direct and supervise departmental activities, including:Project planning, profiling and site survey for new projectsDetailed inputs for costingAll versions of drawings undertaken in-houseSolutions and improvements for existing project2. Regular and proactive coordination with external parties:Working with 3rd parties, for timely completion of all high-quality deliverables in scope, e.g. civil drawings, structural & mechanical etc. Liaising with universities and experts, for documentation review, incorporation of recommendations and certification3. Monitor execution of project, through completion:Redesigning, resolving issues, if anyFinal review of project and Go-Ahead for operationLead multiple projects and overseeing those from start to finish, and monitoring the staff members to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.4. Ensure timely and diligent maintenance of documentation:All necessary documentation, for old as well as new projects, to be stored in the stand-alone DRIL databaseAll relevant documentation for new projects, in ERP system5.
