We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.). Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Conduct statistical analyses and support data-driven decision-making. Automate data collection and reporting processes for efficiency. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. Knowledge of programming languages like R, MongoDB, and Python, with MongoDB as a mandatory skill. Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks), and databases. Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, and SAS to be used for data set analysis. Adept at using data processing platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark. Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques of data mining, and segmentation. Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
