Role Overview We are hiring a Data Analyst – Snowflake with strong experience in US Healthcare datasets and claims analytics . This role is ideal for analysts who have 2–4 years of experience working with real-world datasets like IQVIA , Optum , or Komodo , and are passionate about generating insights that support RWE and HEOR studies . Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret large-scale claims data (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Optum) using SQL and Snowflake Generate patient cohorts, treatment pathways, and longitudinal insights from RWD sources Support real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies with analytical outputs and presentations Create data-driven visualizations and summaries in Excel and PowerPoint Document data cleaning, transformation logic, and analysis methodology Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify study requirements and ensure quality deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Public Health, or related field 2–4 years of experience in US healthcare data analytics Strong hands-on expertise in: SQL (must-have) Snowflake (must-have) Excel and PowerPoint (must-have) Proven experience working with at least one of the following claims datasets : IQVIA, Komodo, Optum, Truven, etc. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on RWE or HEOR studies Exposure to EMR/EHR datasets (e.g., Cerner, Epic) Familiarity with Python for data wrangling or visualization Experience with non-US RWE datasets from regions like Japan , Europe , or Asia-Pacific Core Competencies Strong understanding of US healthcare data ecosystem Analytical rigor and data storytelling Claims and longitudinal data modeling Attention to detail and documentation Effective communication with cross-functional teams Tools & Platforms Data Querying: Snowflake(primary), SQL Visualization & Reporting: Excel, PowerPoint Optional Analytics: Python, Jupyter, pandas Collaboration: Jira, Slack, Confluence Why Join TwoSD?
