Shift Time Zone: US Eastern business hours Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to track key metrics and OKRs. Collect and analyze data tied to academic performance from US school systems. Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify gaps, and monitor progress toward key goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with strategic priorities and portfolio goals. Design and implement scalable data processes and reporting frameworks. Support the evaluation of high-impact projects by measuring outcomes and resource allocation effectiveness. Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders through clear, concise communication. Continuously refine data collection methods, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across initiatives. Contribute to the ongoing development of tools and processes that enhance data analysis capabilities Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Four years or more of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to learn new things and willingness to apply feedback and quickly iterate on deliverables Knowledge of data manipulation languages such as SQL or Python is a plus Familiarity with statistical modeling and data science principles is a plus Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business insights Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with global teams Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting Experience working with OKRs or performance management frameworks.
