Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in relational and non-relational databases , Power BI , and Apache Spark . The role involves data analysis, visualization, and deriving insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI . Work with relational and non-relational databases to extract and manipulate data. Utilize Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Optimize queries and performance for efficient data retrieval. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Required Skills Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in relational (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) . Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Experience with Apache Spark for data processing and analytics. Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Databricks, etc.). Understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical analysis.
