JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Create/develop Business models using BI tools Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Performs other duties as required Look and analyze cost structures (direct vs. indirect), subs vs internal, fixed vs variable. Look at gross margins at product level and market level and provide insights for improvements. Look at the invoicing process and missed opportunities. Other financial metrics for cost, revenue etc per person and analyze profitable clients, product groups e Look at cost allocations for indirect costs and allocation model percentages etc. Provide advisory for new client and bids. Run analysis of financial profitability at bids vs actuals at project completion EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, MBA/ M.Com will be preferred. Over all 2 plus years’ experience in MIS or data analyst profile. Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially advanced in excel and PowerPoint. Experience of Power BI and SQL queries would be an added advantage. Well versed in preparing dashboards and visualized data as per business requirement. Effective written and verbal communication skills Flexible to adapt to new environment and easy to take instructions. Ability to build strong relationships, influence and communicate cross-functionally at most levels, demonstrating leadership. Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills.
