Role & responsibilities * Work closely with the data engineering team to validate data pipelines and ETL processes for data ingestion into Resulticks CDP. * Ensure data deduplication and cleansed data for effective analysis * Analyse customer behaviours, segmentation, and engagement trends based on campaigns done on Resulticks * Identify segments / cohorts for optimised targeting based on CDP data * Identify customer interaction patterns, correlations for optimised targeting and campaign performance * Create hypothesis and test it as part of customer engagement * Understanding of data distribution Preferred candidate profile 1. 5+ years of experience in Martech customer data analysis 2. Strong statistical & analytical skills (hypothesis testing, regression, clustering) 3.
