Role & responsibilities Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support key business decisions. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and cleaning. Automate data extraction and reporting processes wherever feasible. Support ad hoc data requests and conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA). Present findings to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Looking for candidates only from BFSI, Retail, e-Commerce Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI). Experience in working with Python/R for data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with statistical methods and data mining techniques. Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in the [BFSI, Retail, e-Commerce]. Knowledge of business process automation or workflow platforms. Exposure to cloud-based data tools (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery).
