This role involves analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights to help improve our sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of data visualization tools, and a keen interest in working with large datasets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct data analysis to identify potential leads and business opportunities.Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python to clean, analyze, and visualize data.Develop and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Perform market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.Generate custom reports and dashboards to track performance and insights.Assist in building and optimizing data pipelines for lead scoring and segmentation.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine target audience and outreach strategies.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior and lead generation campaigns.Support ad-hoc data requests and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)Knowledge of SQL for querying databasesExperience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or RFamiliarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualizationUnderstanding of data cleaning, data processing, and statistical analysisAnalytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Ability to spot trends and inconsistencies in large datasets.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply analytical methods to solve business challenges.Self-Motivated: Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM tools.Exposure to lead scoring models and marketing analytics.Understanding of AI/ML concepts for predictive analytics.Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
