Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join out team. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis, problem-solving and presentation skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. This role will involve working with large datasets, generating insights and creating impactful presentations to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analysis Extract, transform and load data from data sources to excel Utilize advanced excel formulas - Mathematical, Statistical and Logical functions Summarize and present data using pivots and tables for easy interpretations Identify trends, patterns and insights from data to support decision-making Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reports Presentation & Reporting Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations with charts, graphs, images and tables Tailor presentations for different audiences, ensuring clarity and impact Present complex information in a clear and concise manner Adapt presentations based on feedback from stakeholders Problem Solving & Process Improvement Identify and analyze complex issues, developing innovative solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and improve processes Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize business outcomes Required Skills Proficiency in Advance Excel including formulas, pivots and data management Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create professional and impactful presentations Analytical mindset with ability to collect, interpret and analyze data Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports and presentations Excellent communications skills for presenting insights to stakeholders Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree: Science, Commerce or Business administration Experience: 0-1 years Familiarity with advanced tools e.g., VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, Python is advantageous This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of this position.
