At Newton School, we are looking to hire passionate Data Analysts to help drive analysis behind decisions related to operations,strategy, processes, and optimisations. RESPONSIBILITIES : You need to be a big-picture problem solver and a strategic partner. You also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and team-spirit to make a huge impact. Team member is expected to clean, analyse & visualise data Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine problems through analysis Build dashboards to self-serve data needs Support senior leadership on business decisions through data backed recommendations REQUIREMENTS : 0-2 Years of relevant experience in data analytics role High proficiency in Advanced Excel & SQL is a must. Proficiency in Python, PowerBI/ Tableau is preferred.Good problem solving & insight generation skills Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelors degree is compulsory
