Data Analytics (Adobe Analytics) Experience Level-5 to 9 yrs Skills - Marketo, Marketing Automation, CDP (Customer Data Platform) Location- Remote Key Responsibilities ● Insight Generation: Utilise Adobe Analytics to analyse user behaviour, identify trends, and uncover key insights across Nissan’s digital channels. ● Data Segmentation: Develop and manage advanced segments, calculated metrics, and data dashboards to inform Nissan’s customer 360 and end-to-end journey reporting. ● Reporting and Visualisation: Present data findings through compelling narratives, highlighting actionable insights that align with Nissan’s strategic goals. ● Integration and Data Flow: Ensure seamless data flow by integrating Adobe Analytics with Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign data, and other third-party tools. ● Best Practices and Mentorship: Promote analytics best practices across teams, fostering a data-centric culture within Nissan’s digital ecosystem. Tracking Framework Management (Adobe Launch) ● Implementation and Management: Design and maintain comprehensive tracking frameworks using Adobe Launch to capture accurate data across Nissan’s digital assets. ● Data Layer Configuration: Configure data layers and event-based rules to support analytics tracking and performance measurement. ● Tag Management: Oversee tag deployment processes, optimising data collection for scalability, performance, and compliance with data privacy regulations. ● Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement custom JavaScript and JSON for advanced tracking needs, ensuring consistency across Nissan’s digital ecosystem. Leadership and General Responsibilities ● Strategic Guidance: Lead data-driven strategy sessions, aligning analytics insights with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. ● Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex data sets into business-focused insights, effectively communicating findings to senior stakeholders. ● Data Integrity: Uphold data accuracy and integrity in all analytics implementations, auditing and refining processes as needed. ● Industry Awareness: Stay current with data analytics trends and Adobe Experience Cloud advancements, championing innovative data solutions for Nissan. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, UX, and development teams to support data-informed decision-making across projects. CRO as a Nice-to-Have ● Hypothesis Development: Support the generation of data-informed hypotheses for A/B and multivariate tests, assisting CRO efforts using Adobe Target. ● Data Analysis for CRO: Provide data analysis to inform CRO strategies, focusing on key conversion metrics and behavioural trends. Experience: ● 5-7+ years in data analytics, marketing technology, or digital strategy, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch. ● Proven track record of implementing data frameworks and delivering actionable insights within enterprise-level organisations. ● Experience in the automotive industry or with large-scale digital platforms (preferred). Technical Skills: ● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and data integration. ● Strong understanding of JavaScript, JSON, and data layer configuration for robust tracking implementations. ● Familiarity with Adobe Target for CRO analysis (nice-to-have). Soft Skills: ● Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to data interpretation and storytelling. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex data into business-focused narratives. ● Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to cross-functional projects.
