Job Title: Data Analytics Associate Finance Team Experience 2 to 4 yrs Location - Gurgaon Industry Type:- We need someone who is having experince in these industry, quick service restaurant OR retail OR e-commerce We are seeking a Data Analytics Associate to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven insights and business performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and maintain datasets from multiple sources ( sales, operations, customer data ). Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various platforms. Assist in developing dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and operational performance to provide actionable insights. Support in monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies . Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to interpret data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Operations, Finance ) to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements based on data analysis. Assist in automating and optimizing reporting processes to improve efficiency. What Were Looking For: 1+ year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analytics. Proficiency in Excel , SQL, Power BI (knowledge of Python/R is a plus). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights . A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach . Strong communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
