Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of data governance principles and enterprise data management. Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and change management skills. Familiarity with data architecture and analytics tools. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and lakehouse architectures. Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration tools. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop). Detail-oriented with knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation. Experience with data catalog and metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation). Ability to document data definitions, lineage, and business glossaries. Familiarity with data lakes, warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), and real-time processing. Understanding of data quality and performance optimization. Experience managing data or IT transformation projects.
