Position: Data/Knowledge Architect Focus: MongoDB as a Unified Data Platform (including MongoDB Vector Database) Location: Chennai The Opportunity As a Knowledge Architect , you will shape how Purple Fabric designs, organizes, and leverages data across the enterprise. From structuring vector-based data models in MongoDB to optimizing AI-driven applications, youll be pivotal in: 1. Unified Data Strategy Architect a MongoDB-centric data platform that integrates documents, unstructured data, and vector embeddings. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud environments. 2. Vector Database Excellence Lead the adoption and refinement of MongoDB Vector Database features. Implement efficient vector indexing, semantic search, and similarity based queries. 3. AI-Ready Pipelines Collaborate with data engineers and ML teams to build pipelines that handle real-time ingestion, transformation, and serving of data. Incorporate knowledge graph elements, metadata schemas, and ontologies where relevant. 4. Governance & Security Uphold best practices for data privacy, compliance, and role-based access control. Define clear frameworks for indexing, sharding, and multi-region replication. 5. Continuous Innovation Stay ahead of NoSQL and AI trends, especially emerging MongoDB capabilities. Mentor teams and champion a culture of exploration, knowledge sharing, and data-driven decision-making. What Were Looking For Technical Mastery : 5+ years in NoSQL database architecture (with deep MongoDB experience). Hands-on with vector data, indexing, and performance tuning. AI Collaboration : Familiarity with ML pipelines, embedding strategies, and real time analytics. Problem-Solving Mindset : Ability to translate business goals into scalable data designs, with a knack for performance optimization and innovative thinking. • Clear Communication : Skilled at articulating complex ideas to varied audiences, from engineers to executives.
