Dear Folks, We are looking for an aspiring fresher graduates from computer science background for Data Conversion Trainee. Candidates from computer science background alone can come for the interview, others are not eligible. What is Data Conversion The process of converting data from a doc (MS Word) format or Pdf format into an XML format is called XML conversion. This process makes data more user-friendly, highly reusable, and presentable; it also enables a better and well-organized information-delivery system. Job Description : To convert the input document from doc or pdf format to XML format document. While doing the file, clarify all doubts/instructions then and there and avoid assumptions. Should be able to handle the complicated articles, critical jobs without Errors. Updates should be shared to the next shift operator. Improve the productivity in the stipulated time gradually without compromising on Quality and Responsible for error free output to ensure quality standards. Qualification : Undergraduates from computer science background passed out in the academic year of 2023 & 2024 Should have basic computer knowledge and should be good in typing. Basic knowledge in HTML tags. Proficiency in MS office tools like MS Word. Good eye for detail and should be able to identify mistakes in content. Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts. Shift Timings : Rotational Shifts First Shift 6:15 AM to 1:45 PM Second Shift 1:45 PM to 9:15 PM Third Shift 9:15 PM to 6:15 AM (No Night shift for female candidates) Interview Process HR Screening Written test Manager interview Interested candidates can directly take up the interview on 3rd April 2025 at the specified venue.
