Position: Data Engineer- AWS Database Location: Nagpur/Pune/Chennai/Bangalore Type of Employment: Full-time Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance platform infrastructure. Your role will focus on automating infrastructure, ensuring platform stability, optimizing performance, and supporting a cloud-native environment. Key Result Areas and Activities: Platform maintenance and updation: Maintain and update client AI platform configurations, services, and components to ensure smooth operations and timely updates Performance optimization and integration: Optimize platform performance and efficiency through code and infrastructure improvements. Integrate with third-party applications to enhance platform capabilities. Automated Deployment and Monitoring: Implement and manage automated deployment pipelines to streamline application releases. Monitor platform systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support platform-related requirements and initiatives. Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards and best practices. Continuous Enhancement and Innovation: Continuously enhance platform features and capabilities through innovation and adoption of modern technologies. Essential Skills: Experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS Proven expertise in automation tools Strong background in Linux/Unix systems administration and troubleshooting Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices Desirable Skills: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Ability to understand and interpret data, along with a solid grasp of machine learning concepts and algorithm Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred Qualities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
