1) Data Engineer About the role: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and manage scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data technologies, cloud platforms and data pipeline optimization . This role requires hands-on expertise in data architecture, ETL processes and advanced analytics to support business intelligence and machine learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, efficient and high-performance data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes and real-time streaming platforms . Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using modern tools and frameworks. Ensure data integrity, governance, security and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable data infrastructure. Implement data modelling, indexing and partitioning for optimal performance. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence. Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering trends and technologies . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with expertise in big data technologies . Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, or Java . Strong experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica, DBT, etc.). Expertise in cloud-based data services (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.). Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink, or similar big data frameworks . Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modelling and database optimization . Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) . Experience working with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies . Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and MLOps . Exposure to data security, governance and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) . Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale data projects. 2) IT System Administrator KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 🔹 Network & Infrastructure Management Install, configure and maintain LAN, servers, computers, printers and data communication systems. Set up and manage email, FTP servers and cloud infrastructure. Ensure network security, firewall configurations and VPN access management. 🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide IT support to internal teams, resolving hardware, software and network-related issues. Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers and server-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate software installations, upgrades and network license management . 🔹 System Security & Maintenance Monitor and manage system performance, backups and disaster recovery plans. Implement IT policies, cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures. Conduct periodic system audits and ensure compliance with IT best practices. 🔹 Asset & IT Resource Management Plan and manage IT hardware, software and service procurement. Maintain IT inventory, documentation and license renewals. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ✅ Education: B.Tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related fields . ✅ Experience: 1-3 years in system administration, IT support or network management (Freshers with strong technical skills can also apply). ✅ Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, network administration and troubleshooting . Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) . Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IT asset management and backup solutions . Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) are a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team . 3) Graphic Designer(Freelancer/Contract/Intern) JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented freelance graphic designer to work on multiple design projects for Vortunix Data Solutions. The designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail and the ability to understand and bring our brand vision to life. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create designs for digital marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, email newsletters and website visuals. Develop design concepts for presentations, infographics and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and business objectives. Design visual elements that align with Vortunix’s branding and corporate identity. Prepare design files for production and provide final files in required formats. Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your work. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio (please include a link to your portfolio). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or similar design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography and colour theory. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback. Experience in designing for both print and digital media is a plus.
