Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the system. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security. Perform routine data backups and retrieval processes Data Processing & Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry. Identify and correct errors in data input. Cross-check data with source documents for validation. Report Preparation & Documentation: Generate basic reports as per department requirements. Maintain organized and up-to-date records for easy retrieval. Assist in compiling data for management reviews. Database Maintenance: Regularly update and clean databases to ensure accuracy. Categorize and structure data for efficient access. Perform basic data validation and verification tasks. Software & System Usage: Work with data entry tools and office software (Excel, ERP, etc.). Ensure accurate filing of digital and physical records. Report system issues or inefficiencies to the relevant department. Coordination & Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow. Assist in data retrieval requests as needed. Follow company protocols for data handling and confidentiality. Compliance & Security: Adhere to data protection and privacy policies. Ensure compliance with company standards for data accuracy. Report discrepancies and suggest improvements to data management processes.
