Data Entry Operator

Job Description

Data Entry: Inputting and updating data into the SAP system accurately and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to customer information, sales orders, purchase orders, inventory records, and financial transactions related to the jewelry business. Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensuring that all data entered into the SAP system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Regularly verifying data for errors or inconsistencies and rectifying them promptly. Excel Proficiency: Utilizing Excel for various data-related tasks such as calculation, analysis, and reporting. Basic knowledge of formulas and functions in Excel is required. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in computer science or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry roles, preferably within the jewelry industry or a related field. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
