Job Title: Data Management Analyst Location: Hyderabad - HITEC area Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days onsite) Job Summary: Join our Partner Data Operations team as a Data Management Analyst, where your attention to detail and structured approach will play a critical role in maintaining accurate employee records across SAP SuccessFactors systems and other internal tools. In this position, you will manage approximately 25 standardized employee data processes, including benefit changes, salary updates, employment classification transitions, and more. We are looking for an individual with strong critical thinking skills who can navigate complex situations, evaluate diverse perspectives, and make informed decisions while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: Execute ~25 standardized employee data processes, including lifecycle transactions like onboarding, status changes, and compensation updates. Maintain accurate and timely updates to employee records within SAP SuccessFactors modules (PA20, PA40, PO13) and internal tools. Handle high-volume data tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with SLAs. Collaborate with teams to provide solutions that enhance process adherence and operational efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HRIS, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 13 years of experience in a data operations or HR shared services environment. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules (PA20, PA40, PO13). Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes such as new hire setups, status modifications, and compensation adjustments. Exceptional attention to detail and strong adherence to established processes. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PDF tools, and Outlook. Excellent written communication skills and professional email etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing workflows for MSS/ESS transactions. Knowledge of employee classification frameworks (e.g., exempt/non-exempt, part-time/full-time). Proven experience supporting EMEA data operations. Work Schedule & Expectations: Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours to meet SLA requirements. Efficiently process 1015 transactions daily across SOP-driven procedures while ensuring SLA compliance. Why Join Us?
