Job Description

Requirements - Support the implementation of the data governance framework across Zurich Cover-More, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Zurich standards. - Collaborate with data owners to create documentation on data quality, privacy, and retention. - Manage metadata in the data catalogue, ensuring accuracy for reviews and tests. - Engage with various stakeholders to promote the adoption of the governance framework. - Monitor project scope, timelines, and resources while identifying risks. - Define and implement data quality rules with data owners and stewards. - Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data security and privacy regulations like GDPR. - Develop training materials on data governance principles. - Establish metrics to track and improve the effectiveness of the governance framework. - Process access requests and evaluate changes related to data assets. - Refine the framework based on feedback and business needs. - Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments to identify and mitigate risks with personal data. - Manage the One Trust platform for Data Mapping and Automated Assessments. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience. - Experience in data management or related fields. - Understanding of data governance frameworks and concepts. - Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Relevant certifications (CIPPE, CDMP) are beneficial. - Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy best practices. - Experience conducting risk assessments and DPIAs.
