Job Title: Data QA Engineer Department: Data & Insights Location: Bengaluru Experience Range: 3-5 years Responsibilities: Work with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to develop test plans and strategies Create and document manual and automated test cases Execute tests in a timely fashion Prepare detailed reports from test executions Coordinate defect management; Work with the intake and product team to resolve issues Responsible for the preparation of test data Provide regular communication of project status and issues requiring escalation Demonstrate technical leadership and consultation with regards to quality practices, procedures and techniques Develop and build automation frameworks and tests for regression test suites Learn and absorb new technologies quickly Be a strong team player and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands Requirements: A bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant technology experience 3+ years of writing medium to moderate complexity SQLs to analyze data 3+ years of experience with Snowflake 3+ years of experience with BigQuery 2+ years of experience with Python 2+ years of experience with Jupyter Notebooks Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables
